These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the zadbaj platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause contained in this document. Please read it carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited to hold a zadbaj account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zadbaj will never ask for your password via email or chat.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ৳500.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated rollover condition has been met.
zadbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

By accessing the Platform or creating an Account, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. zadbaj is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided during registration or thereafter.
zadbaj may, at its sole discretion and at any point, require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload facility within your Account dashboard or by email to support@zadbaj.win.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person under any circumstances.
zadbaj will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from zadbaj that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@zadbaj.win immediately.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zadbaj immediately by contacting support@zadbaj.win. zadbaj will suspend the Account pending an investigation. Any bets placed or withdrawals processed prior to receipt of your notification are the sole responsibility of the Account holder.
zadbaj recommends that you use a unique, strong password combining upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and that you enable any two-factor authentication option made available on the Platform.
All deposits to your zadbaj Account are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though zadbaj reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large deposits.
Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically credit to your Account within two (2) minutes of a confirmed transaction. Card deposits may take up to fifteen (15) minutes. zadbaj does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder, zadbaj reserves the right to hold the deposit pending verification and to return the funds to the source payment method if verification is not completed within the required period.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, though transactions above ৳100,000 may be subject to additional verification checks and extended processing times.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for mobile financial service destinations (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers and card reversals. zadbaj does not guarantee processing times, as delays may occur due to payment provider procedures outside of zadbaj's control.
If your Account Balance includes any active Bonus Funds that are subject to an outstanding wagering requirement, you may not withdraw those Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them until the stated rollover requirement has been fully completed. Real-money funds deposited by you (exclusive of any bonus portion) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the KYC and verification requirements set out in Section 4.1.
zadbaj reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or Terms violation; (c) the withdrawal request appears to be linked to money laundering or other financial crime; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Account holder or their payment provider.
zadbaj offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time of claim, which form part of these Terms by reference.
Any Account found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee bonus completion, or the use of automated software — will have all bonuses removed and may be subject to permanent Account closure.
All sports bets placed through the zadbaj Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the zadbaj help section. The following general principles apply to all bets:

All content on the zadbaj Platform — including but not limited to the zadbaj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of zadbaj or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment as an Account holder. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of zadbaj.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zadbaj's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zadbaj is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, consequential, or special loss; (c) loss of data or corruption of data; (d) service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond zadbaj's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, government action, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
zadbaj collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
zadbaj will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and game studios only to the extent necessary to provide the Platform services. All data processing arrangements with third parties are governed by data processing agreements consistent with applicable data protection principles.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support@zadbaj.win to close your Account and request a withdrawal of your remaining Balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and zadbaj arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation by contacting support@zadbaj.win with a written description of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution channels. zadbaj will cooperate fully with any legitimate regulatory or legal process.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
